Mano Beach House, restaurant and bar on Petitenget Beach, has recently completed all-new upgrades. Formerly known as Mano Seaside, the laid-back hangout has made a number of upgrades on the logo, venue, food, and style for the past few months. Now, Mano is ready to be reborn. Taking the concept of “beach house”, Mano is reimagined as a friendly place for everyone to experience a slow life, a new way of chilling out. The secluded location by the beach offers stunning sunsets, cool breezes, and a relaxed approach to entertaining in style. The feel of the new branding is reflected in the hands logo. Following the re-branding, several parts of the restaurant and beach club have been transformed while still maintaining a connection to Mano’s previous laid-back style. Earth tones, a soft, neutral colour scheme, and natural are offset by an eclectic collection of Bohemian and African-inspired art. The atmosphere is warm, offset brilliantly by the deep blue of the ocean and the sky. The new concept and art direction have been created by Léon Design Agency. Mano offers all-day dining menu, modern international cuisine enhanced with exotic spices. Every creation comes with a sense of comfort, bringing you vibrant flavours and fresh takes on beach club classics. Mano’s Head Chef, Agung Arnawa (previously the sous chef at FIRE and Starfish Bloo at W Hotel Bali), is skilled at sourcing the best locally produced ingredients, he carefully handpicks and prepares everything for ultimate freshness. He also gives a unique touch to the food, such as grating cured egg yolks over Caesar salad to make the flavor pop.For the signature menu items, Mano features Panaeng Curry with Confit Chicken Leg, a dairy-free, gluten-free meal prepared with eggplant, long bean, baby corn, peanut, herbs, fried shallot and served with coconut rice. Mano is also introducing the newest addition to the menu: Pan Seared Barramundi with green peas, cauliflower puree, and crustacean oil, as well as interesting contemporary classic cocktails.
